Climate Control

Climate control is a concept most homeowners are familiar with – it controls the heating and cooling in a home. With climate control, thermostats can be set to automatically raise or lower temperatures based on time of day and occupancy. Automatic temperature control is a great amenity; it eliminates entering or waking up in a home that’s too cool or warm. Homeowners can receive alerts if the temperature drops below a certain point inside their home (a great feature in our part of the country). Climate control also saves energy, typically up to 16% or more of heating and cooling energy usage. Climate control can be easily retrofitted into any home.
