This historic home, believed to have once been a sea captain’s home on Nantucket, underwent a total gut renovation. ACT worked with the homeowners and builder to wire the entire house for audio, video, voice and data. ACT designed, installed and integrated a Savant control system, which operates lighting, climate, audio, video and surveillance; distributed audio with indoor and outdoor zones; distributed video; flat screen displays; surveillance; climate control and structured wiring.

The homeowners use iPods®, iPads® and iPhones® as the control devices, and the electronic systems can be controlled remotely from anywhere by using an Apple® device with an internet connection. The custom electronics in this home are easy to use and help simplify life for the homeowners.
