ACT worked closely with the homeowners, architect, builder, electrician and other trades on this new construction, custom home on Buzzards Bay. The custom electronics in this home enhance the family’s time there and also provide a means for energy savings and added peace of mind.

ACT designed, installed and integrated a Savant control system, which operates all of the home’s electronics — audio, video, HVAC, lighting, shades and security; distributed audio with indoor and outdoor zones; distributed video; flat screen displays, one in a media room with 5.1 surround sound; lighting and shade control; HVAC controls; a wireless computer network and structured wiring. The homeowners use iPods® and iPads® to operate the electronics, which can be controlled remotely from anywhere by using an Apple® device with an internet connection.
