ACT worked with the architect, builder and homeowners during a complete renovation of this Boston brownstone. ACT designed, installed and integrated a home control system, lighting control, distributed audio and media rooms.

The installation features highly customized programming and integration so the homeowners can use the Savant home control system to operate all of the home’s different systems. This gives the homeowners a single, easy-to-use interface to control the home’s lighting, air conditioning, radiant heating, distributed audio/video and flat screen televisions. The family can use their iPhones®, iPads® or iPod® touches to operate the Savant system. The Savant system can also be used remotely, so the family can adjust the lighting or climate from anywhere using their Apple® devices and an Internet connection.
