ACT collaborated with the homeowner, architect and builder to create whole house integrated electronic systems for this completely remodeled condo unit. A Savant control system operates the televisions, music system, lighting and shade control, climate control, security and a fire alarm. Electronics can be controlled with the family’s existing iPhones® and iPads®, remote controls or in-wall touchscreens and keypads.

The family room has a home theater system with a large projection screen and HD projector built into the ceiling. They drop down at the touch of a button and turn this comfortable space into a high-performance theater with 5.1 surround sound system and 4K HDTV video.

The Savant system provides remote access to all the electronics as well, a helpful feature if the family wants to adjust the lighting, climate or arm/disarm the security system when they are away from the home.
