This home, overlooking Cape Cod Bay, was designed to be a fun modern Beach Cottage. ACT collaborated with the homeowner, architect and builder to create an unobtrusive integrated home that took advantage of the incredible views while keeping the customers connected to technology. A Lutron Lighting Control system helped keep the lighting easy to use while minimizing switches and dimmers on the interior walls. Lutron keypads were installed to control multiple lighting loads as well as the Lutron Motorized shade system. The shades helped provide privacy as well as keep the interior cool when not using the large windows and doors that open out to the outdoor space.

ACT also provided and installed a Sony 65” 4K TV and a Sonos Arc sound bar for the living room, an outdoor camera system and an enterprise grade wireless home network.
