ACT collaborated with the homeowner and builder to create a whole-house integrated system for this new construction home. A Savant control system operates the televisions, music system, Lutron lighting and shade control, climate control, security and a fire alarm. Electronics can be controlled with the family’s existing iPhones® and iPads®, Savant remote controls or in-wall touchscreens and keypads.

The Savant system also allows homeowners easy control of their outdoor electronics. This includes lighting for the pool house and landscape; lighting and music for the outdoor dining area; and the pool house TV, music, lighting and shades.

ACT and homeowners have remote access to all electronics as well. This allows ACT to remotely service the system and lets the family adjust the lighting, climate or arm/disarm the security system when they are away from the home.
